2026 FOCUSfwd® FAQs
- Can I still use the 2025 FOCUSfwd app on or after Jan. 1, 2026?
No. As of Jan. 1, 2026, the 2025 version of the FOCUSfwd app is no longer available to access the FOCUSfwd Wellness Incentive program.
You can visit the FOCUSfwd Wellness Incentive Program page to learn more about how to download the new version of the app.
- What if I have a 2025 reward that I need to redeem after Jan. 1, 2026?
You will still be able to access the 2025 FOCUSfwd program through My Health Toolkit® to redeem 2025 rewards until March 31, 2026.
Visit the FOCUSfwd page in My Health Toolkit and select the Redeem 2025 Rewards button. Then select Rewards from the menu bar to view available rewards.
- What do I need to do to be sure I can participate in FOCUSfwd on or after Jan. 1, 2026?
Follow these instructions to participate in FOCUSfwd on or after Jan. 1, 2026.
- Delete the current FOCUSfwd app from your phone or tablet.
- Starting Jan. 1, 2026, access FOCUSfwd by logging in to your My Health Toolkit® account from your desktop or mobile device.
- Register for the 2026 FOCUSfwd program. From your desktop computer, select:
- Wellness and Care Management
- Wellness Programs
- FOCUSfwd Incentive Program
- 2026 FOCUSfwd Program
- To register for the 2026 FOCUSfwd program from the My Health Toolkit app, select:
- Benefits
- FOCUSfwd
- 2026 FOCUSfwd Program
- Follow the instructions to register for the updated FOCUSfwd experience.
- Once registered, follow instructions to download the new FOCUSfwd app.
